HOME TO TASMANIA'S FIRST AUSTRALIAN GRAND CHAMPION 

​

Kirrasumm Kidz Miniature Goat stud is nestled in the lovely

south-east, Tasmanian region.

​

Our love for Miniature Goats started when we purchased our

first two pregnant Aust. Miniature does early in 2013. 

Since then, our stud has grown, now actively breeding and

showing two 'Miniature Goat Breeds', the original true blue

Australian Miniature Goat and the imported Full Blood Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goat.

We love the challenge of breeding these adorable creatures. 

Our aim is to breed animals that are hardy, correct in

conformation, suitable for the show enthusiast and breeder alike, and of course, the perfect family pets.

 

We pride ourselves in only producing the highest quality

animals of both breeds, selectively pairing our breeding bucks

and does to ensure conformation, temperament and longevity

of all animals produced.

We are honoured to be able to provide quality genetics to

breeders all around Australia with numerous animals now

residing in studs across Queensland, New South Wales,

Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania! ​​

We partake in annual CAE and JD testing of all our animals to ensure we remain a happy and healthy herd. Annual whole herd clear tests since early 2017.

In early 2017, Miniature Goat Shows began in Tasmania.

We attended this first show and have since become active

show goers, attending Royal, Agricultural and Inhouse Shows

across the state each year, exhibiting our animals.

Showing has taught us invaluable insight into correct structure

and make up of each breed.

We have been very fortunate and privileged to receive multiple awards across our showing years and now have numerous animals that have achieved permanent status of Australian Champion and Australian Grand Champion titles.
