TERMS OF SALE

We reserve the full right to retain any animal born on our stud's property. 
If an animal has a deposit on it and we decide to retain the animal for future breeding purposes, a full refund will be made and you reserve the first option to purchase that animal if it becomes available in the future. 

We will provide you with the full breeding history of that animal, including the DNA profile report an Myotonia report if the animal has imported genetics present. 
 
We guarantee the 100% health and wellbeing of animals on our property upon leaving our stud. Refunds won't be given for health issues that occur once leaving our stud unless verified as a long-standing illness/genetic problem, by a vet. Our animals will all come wormed, vaccinated, with hooves trimmed and in the very best of health.

Animals are to be picked up or transport arranged in a reasonable timeframe of sale unless agreed upon otherwise. 

Our payment methods are cash on pickup or direct deposit of money into our bank account. Full payment of animals MUST be made before the animal is to leave our property. If payment was made by direct deposit, money must be cleared into our account before the animal is eligible to leave our property in the new owner's name.

Correct documentation will be provided upon purchase and travel, including a receipt, National Health Statement, National Vendor Declaration, "Welcome to the World of Miniature Goats Booklet" written by us for new goat owners, DNA report (if applicable), Myotonia report (if applicable) and of course registration certificate/s for that animal.
